Sent payment on a Thursday before 3PM but items didn't actually ship until the next Tuesday, which seemed like an unusually long time to wait to ship something, but I appreciate the care taken to pack the items properly.     I received the parcel, when I turned on the laptop turned on but there was no image on the screen, I wrote to the seller they suggested that it could be the screen cable I took to the service center where I fixed this problem and we resolved this issue with the seller. The laptop was very well packed I will continue to work with this seller. Quality of service +++++
