The pictures show 1 of the new gripper in box with my old gripper on left and an unboxed new on the right. I show the new gripper trying to lift a 5lb weight. Side by side pic of old and new gripper heads. Last pic is of old gripper order. Yes, that's my cat Deshishi.

Their response was to offer to send a replacement. They didn't ask for me to do the time consuming task of returning the defective light. The replacement was shipped the next day.
