We messaged seller twice w/o a reply requesting ETA information or, had order even shipped. Did not receive a response either request. There was no tracking available (and still isn't); shows pkg still in transit. Important we receive shipping information as our purchase is needed to complete one of our orders for shippping. The product looks as ordered, will be able to confirm that today.

My product came but the tracking number didn’t move. Then I received an email they found my package and it moved through the system only to be delivered to not my front porch. Not sure what happened.
