He responded to my review and offered a refund. But I was determined to get these to work on my 2009 Honda Goldwing since the name brand pegs are over $300. I had to buy steel screws and a vice grip clamp and with trial and error I finally got them installed. So far I love them. Hopefully they will stay put. I put a picture of the vice grip tool in my review.
