The dvd came well wrapped, promptly within time allowed and seal wrapped as new … however … through no fault of the sellers it had a scratch to which the seller promptly refunded the cost due to not having a replacement . Communication with the seller was prompt and efficient at all times. Would happily buy from the seller again despite the damaged product

Price was fair and delivery time from order to actual delivery was excellent particularly including mail tracking. Packaging which included bubble wrap, excellent. The item fully complied with description. One small but important detail ... suggest minor packing within case to ensure disc stays on spindle during postage handling. There is minor scratching about the central spindle hole, however this seemed not to effect playback
