    The seller was extremely kind and packaged the item extremely well in order for the item he was shipping me to not be damaged, as it was vintage and a print. He put a ton of care into the packaging. He also made sure to contact me when my shipping was a little delayed, and was very kind and apologetic. It’s just as the pictures he provided, too!! I would defitnely recommend purchasing from him and I probably will buy again from him in the future when I find something that catches my eye!!

    We had a small problem with USPS tracking on this shipment. Seller went WAY out of his way to send a 2nd expedited shipment to absolutely assure that I had the units I needed in time. I couldn’t recommend this seller any higher. Absolutely dedicated to customer satisfaction. And just to clarify, the tracking problem was NOT even the seller’s fault. The tracking problem was totally the fault of USPS. Again, off-the-charts customer support and satisfaction.

    Item arrived DOA with broken battery holder, not described in listing. Seller was efficient with accepting return / refund. Would not hesitate to use this seller again, but would explicitly ask whether unit is working.

    Unit was tested and working......battery holder mysteriously broke on this brand new unit and came back with used batteries that were not in it when it left. This is more of a case of "cost of doing business" according to ebay. Not everyone is honest unfortunately.
