There was initially a delay in shipping due to inventory issues. When it didn't ship within a few days I contacted them and they promised it would ship soon and it did. When it shipped they contacted me again with shipping details including U.S. tracking.

However, considering the fact that the item was available and in stock I still don't understand why it took as long as it did to be dispatched. I realise that they have a 10-20 day policy of sending the item I see no need for it to take this long considering that again it was in stock and everything else I have purchase from other sellers has been dispatched within 3 days and received within 1 week.
