Relieved when Victoria said she would ship them. A week later it had not arrived, I checked ebay for status & noticed that Casey did not think they were missing. After a 2nd attempt to correct my order, Victoria sent a tracking # for the missing pieces being shipped. I feel for these sellers, because I am quite sure they deal with dishonest people at times. I am thankful for Victoria s help! The part is checked along with the quantity and the paperwork is initialed. I remember this order clearly. Errors can occur but they are very rare. With seeing your buyer’s feedback with only a (1) which was ours-a red flag was raised and we were taking time to investigate further. We are in no way calling anyone dishonest.
