Had my bike completely torn down go to find the new belt and it was in Missouri for 7 days before I checked it. Messaged the seller and was told to wait. As soon as I was notified I looked into the shipping delay w/ USPS and assumed immediately that USPS had mis-sorted the pkg and they shipped incorrectly to another sort center in another state. I advised the customer of my thoughts as to what happened and offered the options of an immediate refund or wait a few days for USPS to realize their error and redirect it to the correct address.
