While I still believe comics and magazines should be shipped in properly secured boxes rather than flimsy envelopes, the seller promptly acknowledged the issue and issued a full refund. In hindsight, I should have contacted them first rather than posting while frustrated. The seller went over and above trying to help me because the books were bubble wrapped, but still arrived damaged. The seller was quick to help and offer alternatives. Two of the books were damaged (spines came off, cover tips bent) and they were gifts for a junk journaling bestie. The seller was always available whenever I reached out to her.
