She was very attentive & communicative & she did send the right item promptly, but returning the wrong package was quite inconvenient.I have a busy schedule, so finding time to go to the postal office was difficult. On top of that ,my printer ink ran out & I had to buy printer ink immediately in order to print out the return label. Which was an additional cost. Due to this I won't buy from this seller
