Happy with the service and the quality. "nd delivery received. The cost was 36.25 ( 30£ - discount offer 15%). One thing that I forgot to do, I did not claim the 15% discount on the 2nd order which was clearly printed on the 1st delivery label with a code WELCOME15. What would you advise me to do? Even though the package had been sent on a tracked delivery, the order went missing and could not be traced. I must stress that the seller was in no way to blame. I reported the problem and a very helpful lady, by the name of Sue, sent a replacement without delay, which arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service. Thankyou very much.
