Yes was a described but arrived in all the care and concern packing broken. Feel so sorry for seller and myself and item. So rare and now broken. Seller refunded ASAP. Communication was quick but sad for both of us. Glue might fix the problem but now not as valuable as it was. Was very rare. I have three other just as rare this was number four. Only see these rarely and I always looking.
