Shipping, packaging, as described, communication and value. The wrapping was safe but not overly wrapped that would take a crowbar and an hour to unwrap.

The bubble wrap was wrapped at least 3 times around in several directions so Seller was sure the pony arrived in perfect condition. The Value of this pony was very good. I want to compliment this Seller for wrapping the pony the way he did because the pony was without the original box & styrofoam, & made it just fine! Thank you so much!
