They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

A glitch was a rear bezel was out of place making ports inaccessible. I suspect this was from someone being in the case removing or changing components. I took the motherboard mounting screws out and got enough clearance to reseat the bezel and put it back together.
