A lot of screws were based on guess work, not labelled correctly in the manual. No parts were missing though. The drawers did not have any pre drilled/pilot holes. I had to use my drill put those together. Not a deal breaker but still should be noted as "additional tools may be required". Still a good bench overall. If they improved the labeling and instructions this would be a 5/5
