    So glad for a very caring seller. Before shipping he asked if I had seen the screen was cracked and I did not scroll far enough and hadn't seen it. Unfortunately I was away and didn't see emails for follow up . so they very graciously cancelled the order instead of chancing an unhappy customer.. You do not get that kind of service very often ... KUDOS!!

    Seller did a poor job of packing this laptop, such that it was wrapped to protect it, except on the ends. It arrived with a cracked and broken hinge (see photos) rendering this once nice laptop to the junk pile. Contacted seller, who insisted that “the packing “should” have covered the ends, folded down”. Unfortunately, the laptop was loosely packed in the mailing box and moved around. Seller told me to file a claim with the USPS; that’s not my job to cover for a lousy packing job. Buyer beware!

    Buyer took a week to get package from post office. Complained about over bubble wrapping. Lied about it being loose in box. Lied about me saying to file the claim. I said return it or take a partial refund. Then gets racist and says they are “tired of dealing with people like you” / this person lives on eBay and even offering options, they still turn racist. Will be blocking and reporting this buyer. Do not ship them anything. They complain constantly . Terrible person for eBay. Liar and cheater
