Brand new & in the original Dolce & Gabbana box w/ a beautiful Dolce hard shell case & all the paperwork as well. They arrived very quickly & were packaged so well so there would be no damage during transit. It was well packaged with lots of bubblewrap, which was good, as the box was banged up and I witnessed it being thrown onto my porch. Perhaps marking FRAGILE would be helpful in the future.
