I only received 1. I contacted the seller last night and am waiting to hear back from them. Also, it took longer than I expected to get here - Texas to Illinois - with a delay here and there but I'm assuming that was weather related. Seller also noted on packing slip buyer was being refunded for one pack of the wax melts and seller issued the refund to buyer.
