My coat arrived and looked exactly as it was described and photographed. Packaging arrived in tact. My only suggestion would be, given the delicate nature of a coat, a box might have been a better. But otherwise my coat arrived without any damages. Packaging was appropriate , the pjs were new and they were a great value! I washed them in cold water, dried them on permanent press cycle (medium heat) and they did not shrink! Thank you!
