I appreciate the guarantee that gave me time to do this. It was packed very well with light weight materials that protected the printer but neither added weight nor made a big mess when the box was opened. I just plugged it in with the USB cord, the drivers downloaded, and it printed out a beautiful demo page. Would highly recommend this seller.

They really did a professional job on the refurbishing - I'm 99.9% sure they even repainted it (which I wasn't expecting) because it looks brand new compared to the unit that is over 10 years old. I would purchase from this company again

They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.
