The new scooter came with a broken bracket on the small controller, and the seller sent me a whole new controller for free to fix the issue. I received the part, installed it, and it works perfectly. The seller is also very good about responding to communication that I have sent. I am very satisfied with this scooter and the seller. The scooter was only $150 more than my last scooter, but its is literally 5 times better.

Es war sehr gut verpackt, nichts beschädigt oder ähnliches. Zusammenbau nach Bildern (da Anleitung nicht in deutsch ist) auch für Leien einfach.
