It hadn't been put in a cardboard box, but just wrapped in bubblewrap and put in two bubble wrap envelopes. On contacting the seller he offered me a partial refund to cover the cost of the glue and was very understanding.

Item arrived well packaged and as described and will make a superb addition addition to my growing collection. This model is a stunning example of a Volvo Olympian expertly finished in First SMT Edinburgh livery and along with reasonable postage costs represents great value for money. Very pleased with my purchase and give 5 STARS to both seller and model.
