However, the seller was prompt and courteous while trying to resolve it, and after a little more communication, did a complete refund. With the obvious exception of what damage occurred because of UPS, the picture was really nice. The seller could not stop UPS from mishandling the product, so I'd definitely recommend them to do business with as they were professional, courteous, prompt and fair. And the product was great.

Keeps telling me it is undeliverable and is being sent back to the shipper. After I contacted the seller I opened a case with ebay. The seller told me I needed to close the case to expidite the process, so I did. Now I had to contact ebay in which they informed me that a seller asking a buyer to close a case is against their policies. I would not buy anything from this seller if I were you
