Just to touch base and verify the problem! He cheerfully corrected MY problem and I received a part I could use! While on the phone, we discussed my machine, he told me he might be able to help me on down the road if I needed more parts, as he might be able to have more parts later! Outstanding E-bay member! A week's delay in shipment which seller says is due to failure of Postal Service to pick up. Postal Service then misrouted the item, so it took two additional days to arrive. Long shipping time for such a short distance. Seller communication good.
