In making an offer to purchase it, I did not notice that the seller had an ongoing sale; they accounted for this and gave me a partial refund. They did not have to do this at all and I really do appreciate their honesty. Although this book is still in print, it is difficult to find in this particular hardcover edition and despite its cost actually represents excellent value.
