First time seller actually sent the original box, usually sellers put the original box inside another shipping box. There were some stains on the face of the snowman. Seller should have taken close up pictures of the face and mention it. Overall I can live with the product.

The packaging was substandard - literally a flimsy cake mix box was used for shipping and the item was wrapped in a single sheet of paper. Exposure to any moisture would have soaked through the packaging and ruined the item.
