    I purchased a harness for a 2005 Vulcan 1600 classic contacted them about it being no good, answered me right away & they shipped a new one to me had it in 2 days , packaging was perfect and as described if i could give them 100 stars I would they’re professional and fast with responding to issues with USED ITEMS that they sell they didn’t have to send me a different one like I stated because they sell used items but they made it right with a new harness
