    This seller falsely advertised a Miele HFC71 as brand new and no longer manufactured by Miele — both completely untrue. What I received was an open-box, seemed a used item with some visible wear and tears. After checking Miele’s official website, I confirmed the product is still being sold new for a lower price. This is deceptive selling and a clear case of misinformation. Buyers — be cautious before purchasing from this seller. Attached screenshots as evidence to prove the false claims.

    Seller purchased item which was brand brand new but opened for pics only. Seller contacts me after receiving the item wanting $60 because it was "opened" I offered $30 for customer satisfaction but that wasn't good enough...So I accepted the return and fully refunded him. Now in his complaint he claims there is "visible wear and tears" he never claimed that till now and is not present on the part that was returned.
