The package was damage due to USPS mishandling. USPS attached a note to the package stating that they were sorry for the damage. However, one of the idler pulleys was separated and didn't get repackage. Explain to the sell what happened and was issued a full refund. Not a positive experience, but the seller was honest enough to issue a full refund. As such, one of the plugs' gap was completely closed to "zero". I always gap plugs before installation anyway, but I was expecting them to come in Champion spark plug boxes for their protection, which I think is a reasonable expectation. If they work as they should, fine.... but I think it should be told in the listing that they arrive "bare".
