I mailed the package back now waiting on refund. Thanks

The item was processed at a facility in my state then randomly went to Washington. It took more than a month for the item to arrive. When I received the item, the packaging was beat up and the item did not work. I contacted the seller, they were amazing and understanding! They give me a full refunds!
