The seller refunded promptly eventhough it was the postal services error. Then the package arrives 16 days after it was shipped. So while It was delayed it was taken care of promptly by the shipper. Things happen so it was a understandable situation .Great shipper I'd buy again in a time of need.

Had a question about the installation and called the vendor and they provided answers to my questions. Went out to the garage and installed the rear tailgate struts in about 5 minutes. Everything I wanted to accomplish was done.
