I have purchased from them on many occasions and I will continue to purchase from them. They ship quickly, the packaging is always done excellent and I've never had an issue with damage. The item I purchased was already broken and it was exactly as described, pictures showed every piece that was included, which is amazing. There was no risk that something was being hidden. Then placed in a bigger box surrounded by a bunch of packing peanuts. It was exactly as described it was mentioned in the listing it was missing it’s trifold. Which was it’s information booklet. But had its original care instruction sheet and its hanging tag. Which was included in the box. I think since it was missing it’s trifold it was a good value for the price.
