      The item arrived promptly and was new in box as indicated in the list. There was a slight hiccup when we went to set up phone service with the device, as it was registered to the seller's name from her initial purchase. When we contacted the seller about the issue, she IMMEDIATELY took action to get the issue resolved and persisted until we were able to get the device transferred over to our account. Great customer service by this seller! She stands by her products!

      The value of the item was great. The item was packaged oddly, there was some small change and a washer in the box when I received it. Item is as described. It took what felt like a long time for the item to be shipped. Glad I ordered early. Overall an ok experience.
