    The hibachi arrived safely because it was well-packaged. The seller's communications were quick and responsive. The quality is super, and so is its appearance. I appreciated the seller's trying to find out with my first purchase. She made it right and refunded the cost of the item. Fortunately, she had a second one available, which I bought. Great value for a vintage piece that's in excellent condition.

    books were very well packed. I especially appreciated the fact that seller wrapped books in plastic. the delivery people left box by my gate on a rainy day . Even though I found them before the box got too wet it could have gotten quite wet. but the Books inside still would have remained dry due to the foresight of seller who protected the books both from moisture and from being banged about. thank you so much to seller. good job.
