When I contacted the seller about the condition of the lamp he was extremely understanding and helpful. The problem seems to be with UPS not the way the items was packed. The seller was very considerate and gave me a 100% refund, which I appreciate.

The outside packaging looked as though the Canadian and US postal services personally conducted their own trade wars, but the click was so well wrapped and cushioned that there was no damage whatsoever.
