The seller was honest about the watch having a defect and wanted to get it fixed before shipping. Once it was determined that the repair was more than the watch the seller offered me a piece out of their own collection, most honorable. I was very impressed by the offer but in the end we just ended the transaction and a QUICK refund was given. I would DEFINITELY do business with this seller again.
