Unfortunately the figure had a very small but broken piece but the location does not affect how the figure displays (it is hidden on her back behind her hair). I don't think the seller was aware of it nor do I think it was caused by insufficient packaging. I am pleased with the price and satisfied with the figure but receiving an item with slight damage always detracts from the buying experience.
