They were so quick to answer my question. And the packaging! OMG! Once I took off the bubble wrap, I found my gift was BEAUTIFULLY wrapped with a gorgeous curly ribbon on top. They even gave me a beautiful thank you card with the cutest little rubber duck as a gift. They shipped it out the very next day and the price was right. I am truly looking forward to shopping with them again.

I was SO impressed that the Plush "Toad" was, literally, wrapped like a gift, even though it was a gift for me.
