I wasn’t seeking remedy, I just wanted to inform the seller that the item seemed to be missing parts, even tho it was evident that the package had never been opened. Seller offered a refund and was very communicative and responded to messages very fast. I wish every seller handled things like this one.

The seller fully refunded my purchase price immediately when I provided photos showing the hole in the box and the cracked item. Outstanding customer service.
