Since there was only 1 pair and it was the wrong size I ordered, they promptly refunded my money and sent me a note explaining the circumstances. I appreciated the seller checking the size of the shoes first before they were sent and taking care of the problem quickly. I would not hesitate to use and trust this seller again and I recommend them highly!
