    Non-Metallic chrome faucet with sprayer-brand new product. Shipping was good. I had ordered wrong faucet by mistake and I reached out to the seller and the seller offered me a partial refund and told me to keep faucet. I accepted their offer. I will probably donate to charity.     Product was delivered and in exact condition as advertised. This was tool only, so I am using my existing GreenWorks batteries, and it operates perfectly. It could have been packed better in the shipping box but luckily there was no damage. I would definitely trust this seller for additional purchases
