They tried to tell me that the packaging was just different, when the product itself was different. Had to send pictures of what I ordered vs. what I received. I ended up sending it back, and received a refund, but I will never shop with them again.

Also, he had the item sent directly from Amazon at a substantial markup in price. Because the item was sent directly from Amazon, he did not provide tracking. When I wanted to return the item, he added a tracking number that was incorrect. The tracking number was for something delivered to a different address on a different day.
