The seller wanted to process the return outside of eBay, which I did not agree to. After eBay's advice, I agreed to purchase the return postage, but the seller refused to pay for it and demanded not to declare the item's value, leaving the return unprotected. Item never shipped back. eBay resolved the case in my favour. I followed their guidelines and provided a PayPal Me link for the refund, but the seller did not use it, suggesting an excuse for not processing the payment.
