Communication was very smooth, they quickly acknowledged the error and made it right by shipping the part that same day. Does it suck that it happened? Yeah, but a lesser seller would've lazily given me a paltry discount and had me hunt ebay for the part myself. I would absolutely buy from them again. It wont let me type more so A+++
