Seller communicated well and was willing to refund me my money but didn’t have too because usps finally got things together and I finally received item after a few weeks. Package or label was not damaged so truly just poor service by usps

Unfortunately, the new one was nearly 2X the price. Nothing he could do - that’s just what Stihl gets for that part. This was a genuine OEM part. Great seller.
