We live in an apartment building with a mail room, a reception desk, or can be buzzed by intercom. Fastway are incompetent and are the only courier with whom we have problems. Our item is now sitting in a depot somewhere in Melbourne because Fastway had a problem delivering. It isn't worth my while chasing it up.
