Contacted on 21st May as item still marked as awaiting dispatch and no response to opened eBay case. 23rd May they respond via message and not the opened eBay case stating some story that the part ordered was damaged and would I like to cancel. Only after nearly a week and when case has been opened. Ended up ordering the urgently needed part from another eBay seller and it arrives today.

Unfortunately in spite of being well packed it had been damaged in transit by courier. Contacted seller with pictures who replied very promptly, checked that in spite of damage was it the correct part, then arranged for a replacement to be dispatched immediately which also arrived promptly. Problem very quickly resolved and amazing service. Can't recommend this seller enough and will definitely use again.
