I fixed the issue with the suggestion they gave me and really could not be happier with the install. Makes low and high beams work and very simple wiring. I would say it takes about 30 minutes of time.

This part isn't entirely the sellers fault as they can't control USPS, but they did admit they have had multiple issues with USPS. I had to make contact several times and kept being told to "Just wait" They didn't seem to care if I got it or not.
