It is also glued, so the seller knew that the item is defective but he didn't describe it. I am asking for a full refund together with the tax that I paid and the p&p cost that I will have to pay, before returning the jacket to the seller. He refused to make the refund and pay the additional costs before he receives the jacket. Absolutely unreliable.
